Grant access to artists, managers, labels, interns, and helicopter parents.
Have you created a Single account, but see a "No Shop Connected" message when you log in?
This usually happens when the email used to sign up for Single differs from the shop owner's email in Shopify. No worries!
Here are the steps you should follow to gain access:
1. Check your login email against the shop owner’s Shopify Admin email.
2. If you have access to the main Single music account or know who does, have them add your email to this account. If they go to settings from their Single dashboard, they will see this Permissions section:
3. Select "+ Add User". From there, you can enter the email of the person you’d like to have access to the Single Artist Dashboard and choose their individual permissions. Please see our helpful User Permissions support article for more on this.
4. After you have added a user to the permissions list, they will automatically be sent an invitation email to create a Single account using that email address. Once they have done so, they will have access to your Single Music account.
